The Big Bend/Leon Association for STEM Teaching (BLAST) promotes excellence in STEM teaching. One way we do this is by recognizing those people and organizations who contribute significantly to furthering STEM education in the Big Bend. Many people make STEM education exciting and challenging for our students. We want to take the time to say “Thank You” to individuals who have contributed so much and who are inspirations to others.
High school teachers- please nominate an exemplary STEM student from your school! We’d love to honor one student from each area high school!
